Morgan was raised on a family farm in the Pilger District. He completed a bachelor of Science in Agriculture, and a Master of Science specializing in Soil and Environmental Science at the University of Saskatchewan. After this, Morgan pursued the study of law in 2009, and graduated in 2012 from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law. He completed his Articles at Behiel Will and Biemens and subsequently called to the bar in June 2013.

Morgan maintains a General Practice covering civil litigation, family and criminal law, with a focus on Real Estate, Wills and Estates, Corporate law and all areas of Agricultural Law. Morgan has appeared in the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan and Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench.

Morgan resides in Humboldt with his wife and young daughter, and operates the family grain farm near Pilger. In his spare time he enjoys playing squash and outdoor activities, including hunting, cross country skiing.
